Adaeze Onyemachi is a Chartered Stockbroker and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) with over eight years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, business development, and client relationship management within Nigeria’s capital market. She currently serves as the acting Managing Director at Blue Marina Securities Limited.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nexford University, Washington, D.C., USA, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo, Nigeria.

Ndubuisi Afamefune Osakwe is a highly accomplished professional with 26+ years of unbroken banking experience, spanning treasury, retail, commercial, and corporate banking. He has held leadership roles such as Group Treasurer, Group Head Retail Banking, General Manager Energy, and GM E-Banking Products & Innovation. With 19 years of cognate management experience, including 15 years at the AGM level and above, he has demonstrated expertise in strategy, regulatory compliance, and governance. As Managing Director of Titan Global Services Innovation Ltd since 2019, Ndubuisi has leveraged his deep understanding of energy and corporate banking to lead innovative initiatives. He previously held senior roles at Polaris Bank, Skye Bank, Mainstreet Bank, Afribank, and UBA, where he consistently drove growth, launched products, managed regional operations, and built high-performing teams. Ndubuisi is well-versed in digital transformation, customer acquisition, and developing sustainable financial solutions.

Muktar Mohammed is the founder of Finance with Muktar, a personal finance platform aimed at helping individuals grow their financial knowledge and reshape their mindset about money. He is an International Finance and Economic Analyst and has appeared on renowned platforms including BBC Africa, Arise TV, Channels Television, CNBC Africa, CNN’s Inside Africa, TVC, and more. He is also a stockbroker, personal finance coach, budget planner, and an advocate for financial freedom. Muktar holds a degree in Geography and Remote Sensing from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. He is the CEO of Asher Dynamics Solution, where he specializes in stock and investment management, business analysis, strategic management, and client financial evaluation. His dedication to empowering the younger generation and fostering financial literacy has earned him partnerships with several organizations across Nigeria and West Africa. He has also received numerous awards in the financial services and insurance industries. Kenneth Ufere Uchenna is a partner at KS Advisory Partners Limited, a financial consulting firm specializing in project management, real estate, and oil and gas. He assumed this position in June 2022 after serving as Executive Director at Princeps Credit Systems Limited (March 2020 – June 2022). With over 20 years of banking experience, Mr. Ufere has held roles across operations, commercial banking, credit and marketing, and risk management. His banking career began at Equitorial Trust Bank in branch operations (Feb 1998 – Mar 1999). He later became branch head of operations at Standard Trust Bank (now UBA), contributing to the development of the North-East Region with Gombe State as its hub. He also served in Fortune International Bank’s commercial banking department (Nov 2001 – Nov 2004) and Diamond Bank (May 2006 – July 2009), where he led recovery efforts in Lagos and the West Region. Mr. Ufere held a senior management position at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (Aug 2009 – June 2017) as Head of Loan Monitoring and Recovery, and later at Union Bank Plc (July 2017 – Mar 2020) as Head of Business Support and Recovery. Before banking, he worked at SEEPC Nigeria Limited, a French manufacturing company, as Maintenance Officer and later Maintenance Manager at its largest poultry farm in Kano State. Currently, Mr. Ufere is a shareholder in Princeps Holding Company and a director at Cycord Ventures Limited and Ancient Rock Services International Limited. He holds a B.Eng in Agricultural Soil and Water Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and an MBA from ESUT Business School, Lagos. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management, the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, the Institute of Operations Management (University of Warwick), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB).

Emmanuel is an attorney-at-law registered with the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He has a LLB from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Prior to reading law, Mr. Ogbebor had read Banking and Finance and for Eighteen (18) years was a staff of one of Nigeria’s foremost banks, Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. He also attended many courses at Wits University, South Africa, Lagos Business School, Nigeria and London Business School, UK. He is currently the Principal Partner of Revelations Partners, a top law firm, and the Chairman of the Revelation Group of Companies. Mr. Ogbebor is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (United Kingdom). He is the Publisher and Editor in Chief of The Nigerian Independent Law Reports and has served as a consultant and external solicitor to several Nigerian banks.

Maureen Ugochi Innocent-Ike is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades. She holds the prestigious Fellow designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS). Maureen is also an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange Group (NGX). She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Abia State University. Her career has included prominent roles at various institutions, where she demonstrated expertise in banking operations, treasury management, internal controls, and stockbroking services. Notably, she has served as an Authorized Dealer/Broker at Centre Point Investments Limited since 2017, where she offers investment advisory services, handles client mandates, and develops customized investment plans. Her professional journey also includes positions at Globalscan Systems Limited, where she managed relationships with commercial banks and regulatory agencies while overseeing customs-related operations, and Merchant Bank of Africa Limited, where she worked in treasury and internal control units. Throughout her career, Maureen has excelled in customer service, financial management, and business development, with a commitment to helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Mbonu Ifeanyi is a seasoned finance professional with over 12 years of diverse experience in investment banking, stockbroking, and asset management. He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Lagos, a BSc in Mathematics and Economics, and a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). Ifeanyi began his career at Compass Securities Limited where he was registered as a Dealing Clerk. During this period, he gained hands-on experience in trade execution and market operations, laying a strong foundation for his career in the capital markets. He later joined APT Securities and Funds Ltd where he was actively involved in risk control and securities trading. His time at APT enabled him to sharpen his analytical skills and deepen his understanding of trade surveillance, compliance, and operational efficiency in securities dealing. Subsequently, he moved to Planet Capital Limited where he served as Chief Broker. In that role, he managed High Net Worth Individual (HNI) portfolios, executed large scale equity transactions, and supported several corporate listing activities on the Nigerian Exchange. His strategic involvement in these listings provided him with valuable insights into corporate finance and capital raising. Ifeanyi later joined Nigerian International Securities Ltd where he played a pivotal role in managing relationships with Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs), institutional investors, and HNIs. He provided advisory support, trade execution services, and market intelligence tailored to institutional mandates. He was subsequently appointed Head of Securities Trading at Imperial Asset Managers Limited where he led the equities trading desk. In this capacity, he managed a diverse range of client portfolios including those of HNIs, retail investors, and PFAs while overseeing day-to-day trading operations. Under his leadership, the firm was repositioned as one of the top performing stockbroking firms in Nigeria.

Vincent Oshoma is a qualified Investment/Financial Analyst and Securities Trader, as well as an Authorized Dealing Clerk on the Nigerian Exchange Limited, with over 10 years of capital market experience. He currently serves as the Head of Business Development for Blue Marina Securities Limited. He holds an MSc in Applied Management and Enterprise from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Benin. Mr. Oshoma is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and has worked with several top firms in the capital market industry, participating in numerous high-value transactions.
